a bunch of mint leaves,
a handful of coriander leaves and curry leaves.
2 tbsp urud dhal
1 medium onion chopped
tamarind(size of small marble)
5-6 red chillies
salt to taste
heat oil, fry urud dhal,onions red chillies till they turn colour and the aroma is out.
now add the herbs and just toss them on the heat till they just shrink.
grind them in mixer with tamarind and salt...
