snack with curd and maida

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1/2 cup curd
    • 2-3 tblsp of maida
    • 2tsp finely chopped green chillies
    • 2 tsp finely chopped ginger
    • 4-5 kismis
    • few sprigs of coriander and curry leaves chopped




    1. Mix in maida along with curd to  thick consistency. you may adjust the curd according to the requirement.
    2. Add all the other ingredients and salt to taste.
    3. Make small dumplings and let into oil to deep fry.

    serve hot with pudhina chutney
