Clean the chicken liver and gizzard, keep the liver aside and then in kadhai add oil, when heated add the ginger garlic paste and slit green chilly and the clean gizzards mix well and let it cook ( or even u can pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles).
Keep checking once tender add the liver and mix well now add the dhania and jeera powder garam masala powder, salt.
keeping checking occasionally. It may tend to leave some water.
cook until its dry and well coated with the masala.
Now add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves.
