Spicy Chicken 65

Spicy, Easy and Finger licking

Very tasty, spicy and finger licking made in just 30 min (no need of marinating) all your family members will surly like it. Please add your comments.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • ½ kg Chicken (boneless and skinless)
    • 1 Egg
    • 1 tsp Red chilies or ½ tsp black pepper
    • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tsp of Maida (Plain flour)
    • 2 tsp of Cone flour
    • 1-2 Green chilies
    • Coriander leaves
    • Curry leaves
    • 2 pinch of ajinomoto
    • 3 pinch of colour (orange)
    • 3-4 tbsp lemon water
    • 2-3 tbsp of Curd (Yogurt)
    • Oil for frying


    1. Cut chicken into small pieces add egg, red chilies, salt, ginger garlic paste, maida, cone flour and ajinomoto mix all well.
    2. Take oil in kadai heat it; now add mixed chicken and deep fry.
    3. Keep fried chicken a side, remove oil from kadai leaving 2-3 tbsp.
    4. Take curd, colour and little salt in a small bowl mix well.
    5. Cut green chilies in long, put in oil add curry leaves and curd, mix well
    6. Now add the fried chicken in it and mix well, cover with lid leave it for 10 min in low gas or till the water gets dry.
    7. Add lemon water and garnish with coriander leaves, serve hot with hot naan.
