Coconut spinach

Ingredients
vegetarian
4 servings
4 cups of spinach(very finely chopped)
Salt.
2 whole green chillies.
1 onion sliced.
3/4 cup of thick coconut milk.
1 cup light coconut milk.
1 tsp turmeric powder.
1 tsp green or red chilly paste.
Directions
Wash spinach ,add salt .cover and keep on low heat (tossing from time to time).till soft ,dont add water let it cook in its own water.
Add light coconut milk.whole green chillies.chilly paste.onions and turmeric pwd,mix it and cook on medium heat till spinach cooked and milk dry.
Add thick coconut milk and cook on low flame for 5 to 7 mins .U can cook more if you want to eat with rotis
Remove from heat and keep for 2 mins to cool and milk set.
Serve with rice.
