Soak toor dal, channa dal and groundnuts for 2 hours, clean palak and chop it.
In a pressure pan add the soak dals and peanuts, add cut palak, chop tomatoes and onion, green chilly add little water and pressure cook it for 2-3 whistle.
Then in a kadai add 3-4 spoons of oil, add mustard seed, jeera, asofedia finely chopped garlic let the garlic get little brown, then add the pressure cooked dal, add salt, chopped coriander and kasuri methi. give a nice boil.
