Lemony Chicken

A Flavour which is so different yet simple.

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 Kg. Chicken (Boneless optional)
    • ½ tsp Green chilly paste.
    • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste.
    • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste,
    • 3 tbsp Butter (Nutrilite Optional)
    • 1 tbsp Dhania Powder.
    • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice.
    • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder.
    • Salt to taste.
    • 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Coriander.

    Directions

    1. Put Butter in Wok and add ginger,garlic and green chilly paste.
    2. Fry it till a little golden brown.
    3. After that add chicken pieces and mix it well.
    4. Cook it for for a 2-3 minutes and then add all the remaining spices including salt.
    5. Cover it and let it cook on low flame for atleast 15mints or till the time you see it done.
    6. After that finely add the lemon juice and cover it for a 2minutes.
    7. Garnish it with freshly chopped coriander.
    8. Serve Hit.
