Simple Fried Rice

the most easiest way of getting the real taste.u may add in more vegetables of your choice but i preferred it this way....try it and you will make more of it.....!!

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 cups cooked basmati rice
    • 1 carrot finely chopped
    • 4-5 beans finely chopped
    • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 3-4 stems of spring onions finely chopped
    • 3-4 drops of vinegar(optional)
    • a pinch of aji-no-moto
    • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
    • salt to taste

    Directions

    1. saute the finely chopped onion bulbs into the oil not allowing it turn brown.
    2. add ginger garlic paste and the carrots and beans and fry well into the oil adding salt and aji-no-moto and the white pepper powdr
    3. add the vinegar also and once the carot and beans appear tender add in the rice and toss well in the kadai.
    4. garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
