Vegetable Kurma

It will be good and yummy with poori and chapathi.... try it and see....

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 cup  beans chopped
    • 1 cup tomatoe finely chopped
    • 1cup carrot chopped
    • 1cup peas
    • 1 cup potato chopped
    • 1 cup cauliflower chopped
    • 1/4 coconut
    • 1 inch ginger
    • 5-6 flakes garlic
    • 5-6 dried red chillies
    • 4 tsp oil
    • 3-4 cashews(optional or richness)
    • 1 inch dhalchini
    • 1 elachie
    • 1-2 onions
    • 2 cups water
    • 2 tsp  coriander leaves

     

    Directions

    1. Frstly half bake all the vegetables said above except tomatoe.
    2. grind coconut, onion, dhalchine, elachie, ginger ,garlic, red chillies  and cashews together. into a thin paste and keep it aside.
    3. put oil in a kadai ,put the grinded masala and fry it till it leaves oil,
    4. then put the chopped tomatoes and fry it till it is done.
    5. then add the halfly baked vegetables and mix it well .
    6. finally add water ..and bring it to boil..add coriander  leaves for garnishing..
    7. ready to have it with  hot poori or chapathi...
