though this is a time consuming recipe, it's sure worth the try....
Ingredients
vegetarian 6 servings
FOR MALAI KOFTAS
200 gms(1 cup) grated paneer
2(or 1 cup) boiled and mashed potatoes
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp red chillie powder
1 tsp finely chopped ginger
5-6 raisins
5 tsp cornflour
salt to taste
FOR PALAK GRAVY
2 bunches of palak
1 large onion
5-6 garlic pods
3 graeen chillies
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 cloves
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp jeera powder
salt to taste

mix all the ingredients and make into a dough.
now make small ball shapes and dp fy one by one
adjust the cornflour adding more of it if kofas are breaking.
set aside.
FOR GRAVY
finely chop the palak leaves and blanche them for few minutes.
chop onions and boil them in water adding green chillies,garlic and a pinch of salt.
remove the boiled onion and garlic(retaining the water) and blend in mixer along with palak.
heat oil in a kadai and season with cloves and add the pureed palak
add salt, red chillie powder, and turmeric and allow to boil adding the water that was retained. add the kasoori methi also and cook till gravy is slightly saucy.add jeera powder after it's done.
place your koftas in a dish and pour gravy over it only just before serving.
