Spinach Cheese Dip

Blend of Spinch & Asiago Cheese

I made it for my guests & everyone loved it...hope u'll also like it.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 cup Grated Asiago Cheese (or Parmesan cheese)
    • 2 tblsp Mozarella cheese
    • 1 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1/2 cup Sundried Tomatoes
    • 1 cup Chopped Spinach (Palak)
    • 2 tsp chopped Garlic
    • 1/2 tsp Oregano powder
    • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
    • Salt to taste
    • 1/2 cup chopped Spring Onion for garnish


    1. Mix well all the ingredients together for about 5 mins except Spring Onions.
    2. Heat a Non-stick pan on Medium heat.
    3. Add 2-3 scoops of the mixture or required quantity to the pan & stir constantly until everything comes together. The cheese should melt.
    4. Remove to a serving bowl/Dipping bowl. Garnish with chopped Spring Onions & serve hot with tortilla chips or toasted Bread slices.
