Ingredients
non vegetarian 4 servings
750 g (3/4 kg) chicken
1 onion
1 tomato
1 tsp turmeric
3 tsps red chilli powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
5-6 cloves,1 inch cinnamon,2 cardamoms
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 slit green chillies
2 tsps ginger garlic paste
1 cup coconut milk
salt to taste
Directions
chop onions and tomato and boil with a pinch of turmeric and salt till soft and grind to paste.
heat oil, add the whole garam masalas, slit green chillies and ginger garlic paste and fry well adding the chicken on high flame.
add the remaining turmeric powder and the red chilli powder and toss well coating the chicken
add also the kashmiri chilli powder and fry.cook for fry minutes till oil seperates and add the onion and tomato paste and again cook for 10 minutes till the raw smell of the masalas is gone
now add the coconut milk and garam masala powder and cook till chicken is soft and done.
