Basic recipe for pooris

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

  • 2 cups Semolina, Fine
  • 3 tsps. Vegetable Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Nigella seeds
  • ¼ tsp Carom Seeds

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients. Slowly add water and work into a soft dough like the roti dough.
  2. Make balls and make it into shapes of puris.
  3. Preheat oil and deep fry the Kachoris.
  4. Fry when the oil is absolutely hot. Because if the oil is not hot then the kachoris might burst.

Use Baarik sooji for the kachori

hi! i tried this recepie as a pooriwith alloo believe me i never cooked but now i got married i starting searching ur recepies & get gud comments from my family i tried this one also n its very light & delicious!!!!!
