Non Fat Egg Pulao

Egg Pulao

Egg Yolks are not there...so there is no fat in this recipe

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2 cups of Boiled Rice
    • Two eggs (only egg whites)
    • Salt to taste
    • Hot sauce
    • Vinegar
    • One green jalapeno or green chili for garnishing

    Directions

    1. Heat one tsp. of oil in a non stick pan.
    2. Add egg whites. Start scrambling the egg until it is light brown.
    3. Now add salt and hot sauce.
    4. Take out the egg and mix together with boiled rice, in another serving dish or pan.
    5. Garnish in an individual dish with green chilies and one tsp of vinegar.
