Simple fried fish

fried fish marinated in msalas

This is easy method of fish for specially for beginners...

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 4 pieces of fish( you can use fish fillet ,slices of king fish or even medium whole fish)
    • salt.
    • 1 lemon.
    • 1 tsp turmeric power.
    • 2 tsp of red chilly paste.
    • 3 tbsp of dhania jeera powder.
    • 1 1/2 tsp of garlic paste.
    • Oil for deep frying.

    Directions

    1. Wash fish ,pat dry and keep in dish.
    2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl ,add little water if very thick.
    3. Marinate fish with this masalas and keep for 1 hour(if using whole fish then make several cuts on it ,fill masala in it and head also)
    4. Preheat oil and fry on high till golden(if usinf whole fish then fry on medium heat)
    5. Serve hot with plain chips or masala chips and roti.
    6. YOU CAN MARINATE FISH AND WRAP IN FOIL ,THEN PUT IN A CONTAINER...KEEP IN A FREEZER ,AND USE WHENEVER NEEDED,,TAKE OUT 2 HRS BEFORE FRYING.
    7. IT CAN ALSO BE GRILLED IN OVEN OR CHARCOAL.
