Omelette Masala

Ingredients non vegetarian 1 servings

    • 2 Eggs
    • 1 Onion, chopped
    • 1 Tomato, chopped
    • 2 Green Chilli, chopped
    • ½ tsp Garam Masala
    • ¼ tsp Curry Powder
    • ½ tsp Cumin Seed Powder
    • 1 tbsp Oil
    • Salt to taste


    • Beat the eggs , chopped onion, tomato and the green chillies until foamed.
    • Add the garam masala powder, curry powder and salt and mix well.
    • Heat the oil in a non stick pan and add the cumin seeds.
    • Fry for a few seconds over a medium flame.
    • Pour the beaten egg mixture and cook on both sides till light brown in colour.
    • Enjoy Egg Omelette Masala with bread or chapaties.



    We can also add some ginger garlic paste (half tea spoon in two egg omlete) fro taste.


    you can add some chopped spinach,green onions to make it healthy.
