Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 250 g wheat flour
    • 1 tsp Ajawain, crushed
    • 1 tsp Whole jeera
    • 1 tsp black pepper, crushed
    • salt to taste,
    • water as per reqirment
    • 6 tbsp oil  for moyan & for deep fry

    Directions

    1. Make dough of whet flour adding  salt , oil and ajawine whole jera crushed black pepper
    2. Dont make it loose ( leave for  half an hour )
    3. Make small puris
    4. Deep fry
    5. take out in dish
    6. let it get cool
    7. You can store in a jar
    8. Enjoy with a cup of tea
