vegetarian
4 servings
250 g wheat flour
1 tsp Ajawain, crushed
1 tsp Whole jeera
1 tsp black pepper, crushed
salt to taste,
water as per reqirment
6 tbsp oil for moyan & for deep fry
Directions
Make dough of whet flour adding salt , oil and ajawine whole jera crushed black pepper
Dont make it loose ( leave for half an hour )
Make small puris
Deep fry
take out in dish
let it get cool
You can store in a jar
Enjoy with a cup of tea
