Very Quick and easy side dish. I came up with recipe when I had some left overs - spring onions/hara pyaaz and bell peppers/lal shimla mirch were not being used for 2 days. I thought about this recipe and it was really quick and easy as a side dish. It can be used as filing in buritto and serve it as a snack.
