250 grams of green peas( Coarsely ground 175 grams of peas)
1 onion
6 cloves of garlic
1 small peice of ginger
2 ripe tomatoes
2 tsp garam masala
4 tsp of oil
1 cup of water
salt to taste
Directions
Chop the onions, garlic and ginger.
In a pan put oil and fry the chopped ingredients untill light brown.
Now add the peas paste to the oil. Fry for 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes, salt, garam masala and rest of the whole peas.
Stir for 10 minutes. Add water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
