capsicum mushroom fry

a healthy combination makes it a little different from our usual side dishes

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 200 gms button mushroom
    • 1 capsicum cut into small cubes
    • 1 onion finely chopped
    • 2 tsps chilli powder
    • few drops of vinegar
    • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric
    • salt to taste


    1. Heat oil, fry the onions till light brown, add ginger garlic paste and fry again not allowing it to stick to pan
    2. cut each of the mushrooms into 2 or 4 pieces and add to this and fry on high adding chiili and turmeric powder.
    3. add the vinegar also and saute for few more minutes
    4. add the capsicum also and now simmer and cook stirring occasionally till it is done.
    5. serve it with roti or rice



    very simple and gud dish. Easy to make and healthy without masalas. Thanks.
