tasty snack! Instead of roasting in an oven, you can cook cajun potatoes by shallow frying in apan.
Ingredients
vegetarian 1 servings
8-10 potatoes medium sized
4 lettuce leaves
1 tsp kasmiri red chilli powder
1½ tsp red chilli flakes
½ tsp peppercorns(crushed)
½ tsp thyme (dried)
½ tsp oregano(dried)
salt as to taste
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Preheat to oven to 200'c.
Wash potatoes and cut them in to wedges with the skin.
Make marinate of red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns, thyme, oegano, salt & oil apply the marinade to potatoes wedges & keep aside for 10 minutes.
Roast them in oven, basting with butter, turning them frequently, till golden brown in color & cooked.
