Tomato Egg Drop Soup
This is a yummy tomato soup for egg lovers

6 Tomatoes (Finely chopped/paste)
1 Onion (Finely chopped)
1 tbsp Oil
1 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp ajinamoto
1 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp Butter
2 green Chillies
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp Corn flour
few Coriander leaves
1 tsp Cream for garnishing
Black Pepper powder to taste
Salt to taste
Fry finely chopped onions in a pan till golden brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste and stir for a minute.
Now add tomatoes and saute it. Add tomato ketchup, ajinamoto, vinegar and salt to taste. saute it for a minute and add water and bring it to boil.
Mix cornflour in water and add it to the soup to make it thick.
Beat egg in a bowl and drop it from a height and keep stirring the soup at the same time.
Remove the soup from flame and garnish it with coriander leaves, and butter. Serve hot.
