1 cup chopped Mixed Vegetables (Potato, Carrot, Beans, Peas, Capsicum)
1 chopped Onion
1 chopped Tomato
1 tblsp Sambar powder
1 tblsp Vangibath spice mix
6-7 tblsp Vegetable Oil
2 tsp Mustard seeds
a pinch of Asafoetida (hing)
2 tsp Channa dal
2 tsp Urad dal
2-3 Green chillies (finely chopped)
4-5 Curry leaves
2 tsp finely chopped Ginger
2 tblsp chopped Cilantro (coriander leaves)
2 tblsp Ghee (clarified butter)
10 fried Cashwenuts (optional)
Salt to taste
Directions
Dry roast Rava till you get nice aroma. Remove it & cool.
Boil the Vegetables, drain & keep aside.
Heat Oil in a kadai. Add Mustard seeds, & Hing. Once the seeds crackle, add Channa dal, Urad dal, Curry leaves, Ginger & Green chillies. Fry till the dals turn light brown.
