4 servings
3 capsicum medium chopped
2 green chilies chopped
salt as to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp mustered seeds
1/2 tsp hing
5 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Directions
first take a pan add oil, mustered seeds, ginger-garlic paste saute them.
then add capsicum, green chilies, turmeric powder, salt, water.
close the lid put in slow gas in 5 minutes.
then add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, sugar, lemone juice .
cook for 2 minutes.
serve with rice & paratha.
