capsicum khatta meetha

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 3 capsicum medium chopped
    • 2 green chilies chopped
    • salt as to taste
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 2 tsp red chili powder
    • 1 tbsp garam masala powder
    • 2 tbsp sugar
    • 3 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1/2 tsp mustered seeds
    • 1/2 tsp hing
    • 5 tbsp oil
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

    Directions

    1. first take a pan add oil, mustered seeds, ginger-garlic paste saute them.
    2. then add capsicum, green chilies, turmeric powder, salt, water.
    3. close the lid put in slow gas in 5 minutes.
    4. then add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, sugar, lemone juice .
    5. cook for 2 minutes.
    6. serve with rice & paratha.
