Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 5 medium size potatoes( cut in to round thin slices)
    • 1 tsp mustered seeds
    • 1/2 tsp hing
    • 3 green chillies chopped
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 2 tbsp red chili powder
    • 2tbsp coriander powder
    • salt as to taste
    • oil 5 tbsp
    • 1/4 cup water

    Directions

    1. fist pour oil in a pan add oil, mustered seeds, hing, potatoes.
    2. add turmeric, green chilies & salt mix properly
    3. add water, close the lid cokk 8 minutes
    4. first put in high flame, then after 4 min put in slow flame.
    5. open the lid add red chili & coriander powder, mix care fully.
    6. cook another 2 minutes.
    7. garnish with coriander leaves.
