Peas and potatoes

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings


    • 2-3 Potatoes cut in small pieces
    • 3-4 tomatoes past
    • 1 cup mutter
    • 1 tsp Red chilies powder
    • ½ tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp coriander powder
    • ½ tsp Jeera
    • 2-3 Green chilies
    • Few curry leaves (optional)
    • Salt to taste
    • Coriander leaves

    Directions

    1. In a cooker take some oil add jeeera, green chilies and curry leaves.
    2. Now add tomatoes, salt, red chilies, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
    3. Cook well until tomatoes leave oil. Now add potatoes and mutter.
    4. Close the lid give around 2-3 vessels or until potatoes are cooked.
    5. Now add coriander leave and serve hot with puries or chapattis.

    you can make paste of onion,tomato,garlic,ginger,red chilli pwd.,dhania pwd. ---saute in oil--add peas and potato cubes---add salt--pressure cook for one whistel

    You can also add frozen mutter.
