Heat 1 tsp Oil in a kadai & lightly roast Wheat Rava. Remove in a plate & allow to cool.
Add remaining Oil. Add Mustard seeds & Hing.
Once the seeds crackle, add Channa dal, Urad dal, Green chillies, Curry leaves & Ginger. Fry till the dals turn light brown.
Add Onion & fry for a minute. Add Mixed Vegetables & saute for 4-5 mins. Add Water & bring to a boil.
When the water is boiling, add Salt & half of the Coconut. Reduce the heat to low & add the roasted Wheat Rava. Stir constantly so that no lumps are formed. Mix well & turn off the heat. Cover & keep aside for 5 mins.
Add remaining Coconut, Lemon juice & Cilantro. Serve hot with Curd or Coconut chutney.
