Boil the Broccoli florets with little salt for 5 mins. Cool & finely chop them.
In a bowl, add chopped Broccoli, mashed Potato, Onion, Garam Masala, Red chilli, Salt & Lemon juice. Mix well.
Add 2 tblsp of bread Crumb & Cilantro. Mix well.
Heat a pan. Make round balls of the mixture & lightly press on your palm. Roll the in Bread Crumbs & shallow fry. These patties can also be deep fried. Serve hot with Mint chutney & Tomato sauce.
