Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

• 2 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp mint and coriander leaves (finely chopped)
• 2 cup mango juice with sugar
• 1 cup venilla icecream
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp ginger juice
• 4 ice cubes
• ½ tsp blackpeper corn powder

Directions

1. First heat oil in a pan add mint and coriander leaves heat these mixer for 10 minutes.
2. Then sieve these mixer, cool at room tempuratures
3. Take mixer jaar add mango juice(with sugar), ice ceram, blend this mixer.
4. Then add salt, black pepper corn powder, ginger juice, add oil (above make with mint and corianders leaves)
5. Again blend these mixer,take a serving glaas with 2 ice cubes, add oil(make with mint and coriander leaves)
6. Then pour the mixer in a glass,at last add 2 ice cubes and oil.
