Cornflakes Laddu

Ingredients vegetarian 2 servings

    • 1 Cup Corn Flakes
    • 1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes (Copre)
    • 3/4 Cup Sugar (Icing Sugar)
    • 1/4 tbsp Elaichi powder
    • 2 tbsp Coarse ground Dry nuts(cashew nuts, badam, pistas)
    • 1 tbsp - Milk or Ghee for binding


    • Vanila Essence & Milk Maid


    1. Grind the corn flakes and coconut flakes
    2. Mix the sugar, elaichi powder, and nuts. Little milk maid and vanilla essence can be added along.
    3. Role into round shape using milk or ghee for binding
