continues shake this kadi, because curd & crem is used, not shake kadi become spoil. nice with khichadi.

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 5 tbsps oil
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 2 whole red chillies
    • 7 garlic cloves (chopped)
    • 12 green chillies
    • ½ tsp turmeric powder
    • 1½ tbsp coriander powder
    • salt as to taste
    • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
    • 2 cup curd
    • ½ cup fresh cream
    • 3 tbsps gramflour
    • ½ tsp garam masala powder
    • 1/4 tsp methi seeds
    • 6 curry leaves
    • 1/4 tsp asefotida(hing)

    Directions

    1. First take a bowl, add curd, cream, gram flour, water and beat this mixer.
    2. Take a pan pour oil, cumin seeds, whole red chillies, garlic cloves, methi seeds, curry leaves, asafotida, saute them.
    3. Add curd mixture, turmeric powder,green chillies, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt.
    4. boil for 10 minutes.
    5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
