Simple & tasty dosa...anytime for breakfast or lunch box. Requires no fermenting.
Ingredients
vegetarian 4 servings
1 1/2 cups Rice
1/2 cup Toor dal
2 chopped Tomatoes
5-6 Dry Red chillies
5-6 Curry leaves
1/4 cup Cilantro (coriander leaves)
Salt to taste
Directions
Grind Rice, Toor dal, Tomatoes, Red chillies, Curry leaves & Cilantro to a smooth paste to the dosa batter consistency. Add Salt & mix well.
Heat a griddle & apply little Oil. Make dosa from the batter like regular dosa by putting Oil on the sides. Flip on the other side & roast for 15-20 secs. Serve with Coconut chutney.
