stuffed bread chilla

It's my hubby's favourite dish n i think u also like it.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    For Stuffing

    • 1 cup chopped cabbage
    • 4 fresh bread
    • 2 chopped carrot
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 2 green chilli(chopped)
    • 1/2 spoon soya sauce
    • 1/2 spoon tomato chilli sauce
    • 1 tsp oil

    For chilla

    • 1 cup besan
    • 1/2 cup maida
    • 2 tsp sooji
    • 2 chopped onion
    • 2 chopped chilli
    • 2 tsp green coriander leaves(chopped)
    • salt according to taste
    • 1/2 cup oil

    Directions

    For Stuffing the Bread

    1. put the oil in the pan.now put green chilli n onion in it.
    2. when onion turn red add cabbage n carrot in it and cook it at the medium flame till 5 minutes.
    3. now put soya sauce n tomato chilli sauce in it.
    4. now divide this mixture into four part.
    5. take one bread and divide it from the half n stuffed it with the mixture.

    For Chilla

    1. take a bowl n mix all the ingredients in it accept oil.
    2. now mix water in it to make chilla.
    3. now take a pan n put one tsp oil in it.
    4. now put two spoon ingredients n make chilla.
    5. when it cooked half turn it n keep the stuffed bread on it.
    6. and roll it from the middle and cook it from the both sides.
    7. now when  cooked serve it hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
