Moong and white pumkin vegetable

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings

    • 250 gms sprouted moong
    • 1/2 kg white pumkin (kadu)
    • 1 small onion
    • 1 small tomato
    • 2-3 curry leaves
    • 1 tps corriender leaves
    • 1/2 tps jeera powder
    • 1/4 tps garam masala powder
    • 1 tps red chiily powder
    • 1 tps ginger garlic paste
    • 1/2 tps mustard seed
    • 1/2 tps jeera 
    • pinch of asofedita
    • 3-4 tps oil


    1. Peel pumpkin skin and cut into small pieces.  
    2. In a kadhai,  heat oil and  mustard seeds jeera and asofetida then add finely chopped onion tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and satue well
    3. now add the sprouted moog and pumpkin and chilly powder, jeera and coriander powder mix well add little water and let it cook when almost done. add garam masala.
