corn flakes chiwda

It is a instant tea time muncher

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 pkt any corn flakes
    • 1 tps chilly powder
    • 1 tps dhania powder
    • 1 tps jeera powder
    • 1 tps sugar powder
    • salt to taste
    • 1 cup roasted and cleaned ground nuts
    • few curry leaves
    • finely chopped garlic ( optional) if anybody likes the flavour
    • 2 tps oil

    Directions

    In a big kadhai heat oil and add curry leaves  and garlic when it is golden add groundnuts and cornflakes now add dhania, jeera powder, chilly powder and powder sugar, salt to taste mix well.  Crispy corn chiwda is ready to eat
