In a pan with little oil fry onions and coconut nice golden. Let it cool then make a paste of it.
In a kadhai, heat up oil saute onion add ginger garlic paste then add chicken chilly powder, dhania powder and jeera powder mix well cover and let it cook
when chicken is tender add tomato, coconut and onion paste again mix well and garam masala, let it simmer add salt and garnish with fresh coriander.
