It is a very good appetizer when u have healthy non vegeterian lunch
vegetarian 4 servings
1 grated coconut
1 small cup kokum
salt to tate
1 tps jeera roasted chrushed
2 green chilly finely chopped
1/2 tps sugar
corriender for garnishing
soak kokam in water for 10- 15 mins, grind coconut in mixer with little water and with the help of fine muslin cloth extract the coconut milk repeat the procedure for 2-3 time. Till all the milk is extracted.
In a bowl add the coconut milk and kokum water, without the fruit add the roasted crushed jeera, salt to taste, chilly, sugar, it should have a sweet and sour taste.
Garnish with coriander and keep in freezer. serve chilled
