Nice kashmiri dish for vegeterian.take only dry dudhi pieces.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 250 gm Dudhi
    • 1 tsp cumin seeds
    • 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
    • 1 tsp garam masala powder
    • 2 cloves
    • 1 cup curd
    • 1 cup water
    • oil
    • salt as taste
    • a pinch of hing
    • 2 tbsp red chilli powder

    Directions

    1. First cut dudhi in round shape.
    2. take a pan pour oil then heat add dudhi pieces
    3. after dudhi become brown remove in a dish.
    4. then take a pan add cumin seeds,cloves, hing,dudhi pieces,red chili powder,dry ginger powder.
    5. then add water,salt cook for 5 minutes.
    6. At last add garam masala powder.
    7. Serve with kashmiri nan.

    add all spices then after add curd and mix well and follow next procedure.

    You have mentioned the use of 1 cup of Curd but in the procedure of making this has not been used . Kindly clarify. when has it to be added during the making of Kashmiri dudhi.
