Veg Hakka noodels

Hakka Noodles is a delicious Chinese recipe. its really good for the mothers who want to give thier child good and tasty food in a few minutes

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 1 packet Ching’s Secret Hakka Veg Noodles or any other brand noodles
    • ½ cup chopped carrots
    • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
    • ½ cup thinly sliced cabbage
    • ½ cup thinly sliced onions
    • ½ cup chopped spring onion leaves
    • 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
    • 2 tbsp green chilli sauce
    • 2 tbsp soya sauce
    • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
    • 1 tsp red chilli sauce
    • 3 green chilli chopped
    • 11/2 tbsp vinegar
    • 1/2 tbsp tandoori masala powder
    • 1/4 tsp Aajino moto
    • salt as to taste

    Directions

    1. Cook the noodles according the instructions in the package. Once done add 1 tablespoon of oil and keep a side
    2. Heat oil in a frying pan add chopped garlic,green chillies chopped, sliced onions, fry for 1 minutes.
    3. then add  chopped spring  onion leaves, cabbage, chopped capsicum and carrot.add ajino moto and salt mix well
    4. and sauté on high until it has a cooked and crisp texture.
    5. Then add boil noodels, mix properly.
    6. Last Add tandoori masala powder, vinegar and all sauces add.
    7. stir well until all the vegetables get cook well with the noodles.
