Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 4 eggs
    • 1/2 kg onions finely sliced
    • 2-3 bay leaves
    • 1/4 kg tomatoes
    • 1 tps ginger garlic paste
    • 6-7 green chilly with slits
    • 1 1/2 tps chilly powder
    • 2 tps dhania powder
    • 1 tps jeera powder
    • 1 tps curry powder
    • 2-3 tps kasuri methi
    • salt to taste
    • oil for cooking


    1. Heat oil in a non stick pan ( a little more than usual) and add finely chopped onions saute it well it nice golden
    2. Add tomatoes slit chilly, ginger garlic paste, dhania powder, jeera powder, curry powder, and mix well , till it starts leaving oil for edges.
    3. Add salt, with a spoon make small pockets in the gravy and drop broken eggs in this pockets and cover it, let it on sim flame for 10 -15 mins, add kasuri methi. and cover it.
    4. Ready to serve after 5 mins
