Sprouts & palak raita

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings


    • 1 cup blanche and finely chopped spinach
    • 1 cup sprouts
    • 1 cucumber in small cuts
    • 1 small tomato seed removed and finely chopped
    • 1/2 tps jeera roasted and crushed
    • salt to taste
    • 1-2 chilly finely chopped
    • 2 cups low fat curd

    Directions

    1. In a bowl add low fat curd, add jeera chrushed, salt, finely chopped chiily and mix well
    2. now add sprouts, cucumber and tomatoes and blanche palak.
    3. serve chilled
