Ingredients
vegetarian
1 servings
1 cup blanche and finely chopped spinach
1 cup sprouts
1 cucumber in small cuts
1 small tomato seed removed and finely chopped
1/2 tps jeera roasted and crushed
salt to taste
1-2 chilly finely chopped
2 cups low fat curd
Directions
In a bowl add low fat curd, add jeera chrushed, salt, finely chopped chiily and mix well
now add sprouts, cucumber and tomatoes and blanche palak.
serve chilled
