This can be easily prepared and can be sent as tiffin for children.... A very short recipe..
Ingredients
vegetarian 2 servings
2 cups Pasta
1/2 carrot (chopped)
1/2 capsicum (chopped)
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1/4 tbsp oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp oil
Directions
Heat oil in a wok, add the carrots and capsicum, chilli sauce, vinegar, oregano, chilli powder, oregano, salt, pepper powder, tomato sauce and lemon juice and saute well.
