Tomato rice

This recipe is rice recipe which you can make with leftover rice also or you can make new once.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • Six tomatoes
    • 3 onion
    • 1 tsp oil
    • 1 tsp hing powder
    • 1 tsp mustard
    • 1 tsp urd dal
    • 1 tsp chana dal
    • 1 green chilli as per taste
    • 1 tsp haldi
    • 2 tsp sambar powder
    • salt to taste
    • curry leaves
    • cooked rice.

    Directions

    1. Take one pan and add oil after that put mustard, urad, chana dal and hing powder.once it turns red add green chilli fry all together.
    2. Add onion fry till light brown add tomato's and add haldi, samber powder,salt and cook it well.
    3. Add curry leaves as well.Cook rice in less water so that it is separate (3 vessels) once cooked,add oil to the cooked rice.add peanuts and cashew.
    4. add coriander leaves to top of the tomato rice.
