Soyabean manchurian

easy to cook and nutritious also.I think u will like it.

Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings

    • 250gm boiled soyabean
    • 1 boiled big potato
    • 2tsp besan
    • ½ tsp turmeric powder
    • salt according to taste
    • oil for fry

    For gravy

    • 2 tsp garlic onion paste
    • ½ tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp red chilli powder
    • ½ tsp corriender powder
    • ½ cup tomato puree
    • 1 tsp soya sauce
    • 1 tsp chilly sauce
    • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
    • salt according to taste
    • 2 cup water
    • 2 tsp oil
    • corrinder leaves for garnishing


    1. Take a bowl and mash boiled soyabean and potato.
    2. Now mix besan,turmeric powder and salt in it.
    3. Now make small ball from this mixture and fry it till it turn golden.

    For gravy

    1. Take a pan and put 2 tps oil in it
    2. Now put garlic onion paste and fry it for 2 minutes
    3. Now add turmeric,corriender and red chilly powder and after 1 minute add tomato puree also in it
    4. Now fry it for 3 minutes and now add soya sauce,chilly sauce and tomato ketchup in it
    5. After 1 minute add water in it and let it boil for 5 minutes
    6. Now add soyabean balls in it and garnish it with corriender leaves
    7. Serve it hot with paratha or roti

    it dried up when cooked even soyabean balls were not so tasty
