when u boil the rice add few drop of lemon juice and oil so rice become white and nice.

3 onion paste

1 cup milk wth saffron(dilute saffron properlly)
Directions
First take a pressure cooker add oil,cloves, bay leaf,cinemon,black paper and add onion paste saute them,brown colours are appear then add ginger garlic paste add tomato paste, chopped green chillies.saute them.
Add all spices, after add chiken pieces and coriander leaves mix well.add salt and close the lid.
ring the 3-4 whistle. after whisteling open lid.
half birasta mix with curd and add in cooker mix properlly.
take a per boil basmati rice.
take a vessel first pour rice layer, second pour chiken layer then third layer pour a rice
garnish with birasta, tomato slices(round cut) and coriander leaves.
