Spicy Shrimp

Everybody has relished this dish

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

  • ½ lb Prawns
  • 1 cup Spring Onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 nos. Onion, medium
  • 2 nos. Tomato
  • 2 tbsps. Vegetable Oil
  • ½ no. Lemon, extract juice
  • Salt to taste

a pinch of haldi, green chillies (optional)


  1. Wash the prawns and marinate it with salt, chilli powder and haldi for 15 min.
  2. In a pan heat oil, add onions and saute till transperent then add the prawns, cook for 5 min.
  3. Add the tomatoes (chopped) and the spring onions. Simmer the to medium and cook till well done.
  4. prinkle the pepper powder and lime juice and cook on high fire for 5 min.
  5. Garnish with cilantro, this dish can be served with any bread or rice.
