Very delicious

Ingredients non vegetarian 4 servings

    • 1 kg fish
    • ¼ kg baisen
    • ¼ kg yogurt
    • 1 1/2 tsp red chillie powder
    • 1 tsp garam masala
    • 1 tsp ginger paste
    • 1 tsp garlic paste
    • 1 tsp cumin powder
    • salt as req
    • oil for deep frying


    1. Take the boneless fish and wash it properly sprinkle salt and keep aside for 10 minutes.
    2. now again wash fish pieces, now mix half dry spices with ginger garlic paste in the yogurt.
    3. rub the yogurt on the fish and leave it for 15 minutes in the fridge.
    4. now put the remaining dry spices in the besan after that lay this batter on the marinated fish.
    5. deep fry the fish pieces in the ghee or oil.
    6. serve it with tumarind sauce, mint sauce or ketchup.
