Ingredients vegetarian 4 servings


    • 4 Potatoes(medium size) cut in to medium size pieces
    • 2 Brinjal cut in to medium size pieces
    • 1 Onion(medium size) cut in to sliced
    • 1 tomato chopped
    • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
    • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
    • 1 tp Coriander powder
    • 2 tsp red chilli powder
    • 2 green chillies chopped
    • 5 tbsp Oil
    • Salt as to taste
    • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1/4 tsp hing
    • 1 1/2 cup water

    Directions

    1. Take a pressure cooker add oil, mustard seeds, hing, onion saute them onions are appear brown in colour add ginger garlic paste.
    2. Then add tomatoes chopped, add green chillies, potatoes and brinjal mix well.
    3. Add red chilli, turmeric and coriander powder.
    4. At last add salt ,garam masala powder and add water mix well
    5. Close the cooker
    6. Ring 2 whistle, after whistling take out in serving bowl
    7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
    8. serve with roti and rice.
