Vegetables pakoraas

Ingredients vegetarian 1 servings

    • 500 gm white flour
    • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
    • 1/2 cup boiled peas
    • 1/2 cup carrots (cut into small pieces)
    • 1 cup spring onions
    • 1/2 cup bell peppers
    • 3-4 green chillies
    • 1 tsp black pepper flakes
    • 1 tsp red chilli flakes
    • 1 tbsp chilli sauce
    • 1/2 tsp Chinese salt (MSG)
    • salt to taste
    • 1 tsp mustard paste


    1. Take a bowl and put all vegetables and keep a aside.
    2. Now make a thick paste of white flour,spices and water.
    3. Take another bowl and put all vegetables now put the batter of flour and mix it well.
    4. dip frying the pakoraas in oil.
    5. Serve with ketchup or chutney.




    thx lajber ali if u add 1 egg and 1 tsp baking powder so taste will be more good.
