Chicken rolls

Smoked pieces of chicken rolled in roti.

The kids will love this dish ,you can even pack for them in school tiffin and its very simple. and easy,,

Ingredients non vegetarian 2 servings


    • 1/2 kg of boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
    • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
    • salt.
    • 1/2 tbsp green chilly paste or for kids you can put black pepper powder.
    • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice.
    • few coriander leaves.
    • 5 thin rotis (made of white flour).
    • 1 capsicum(sliced).
    • 1 onion (sliced). 
    • green chutney or tomato ketchup for kids.

    Directions

    1. Put chicken in vessel with ginger garlic paste,salt ,chilly paste, and lemon.
    2. keep on low heat till chicken dry and done(dnt add water ,let it cook in its own water).
    3. Put a teaspoon of ghee in the middle and place a burning charcoal on it ,close imediately with foil,seal sides so that smoke doesn't escape. keep for 30 mins , open it , remove charcoal and mix coriander leaves.
    4. Take roti , place chicken in the middle lengthwise ,place few onion and capsicum slices ,dot with green chutney or tomato ketchup, roll tightly and serve.
    5. Similarly you can use meat also instead of chicken .
